You deserve a therapeutic space where your full humanity is welcomed, honored, and understood.

Alyssa approaches therapy through an affirming, contemplative, and liberation-informed lens that recognizes the deep connection between personal healing and the systems we move through. As a neurodivergent, bisexual, nonbinary therapist of mixed race and cultural heritage, Alyssa understands the importance of spaces where identity does not have to be minimized or explained to be respected.

Their work especially supports LGBTQ2S+, neurodivergent, BIPOC, chronic illness, grief, trauma survivor, and spiritually exploring communities. Therapy with Alyssa invites curiosity, mindfulness, emotional attunement, and self-compassion while also building practical ways to navigate stress, relationships, emotional overwhelm, and attachment wounds.

Drawing from contemplative psychology, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, Internal Family Systems, EFT, and Buddhist-informed psychotherapy, Alyssa supports clients in reconnecting with joy, meaning, connection, and inner wisdom, not by avoiding pain, but by learning how to move through it with greater gentleness and awareness.

At times, therapy may look like slowing down and simply being with what is present. Other times, it may involve taking meaningful action toward change. Together, you’ll build discernment around what support is needed in each moment.
