  • You won’t have to “perform wellness” here. Our work is:

    • Affirming + intersectional: LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disability, immigration, faith transitions, incarceration histories, and expansive/chosen family structures are welcomed and respected.

    • Body-based + practical: We integrate mindfulness + somatic tools so your nervous system gets support—not just your thoughts.

    • Depth + direction: We go deep and stay grounded in real-life change using ACT, IFS/parts work, trauma-informed care, and liberation-oriented approaches.

    • Collaborative: We are not here to lecture—you’re the expert on you. We build something that works.

  • We offer private pay and may offer additional options depending on availability:

    • Private pay sessions: $125 per 50–55 min session (individual)

    • Couples/relationship sessions: $175 per 50–55 min session

    • Sliding scale/reduced-rate spots: limited availability

    • Insurance: We accept MOST major insurance

    • Groups/workshops: pricing varies by offering

    • Sessions are a mix of processing + skills + nervous system regulation

    • We’ll track patterns (thoughts, body cues, behaviors, relationships)

    • “Homework” is optional—when we use it, it’s tiny, doable, and tailored
